Sony Online Entertainment, LLC (SOE) & ProSiebenSat.1 Games (PSG)  today announced the next installment in the DC Universe™ Online (DCUO) narrative.

Amazon Fury Part I. The game’s 10th downloadable content (DLC) pack will introduce a brand-new storyline featuring Wonder Woman, Circe, Hippolyta and the Amazons, as well as a new shared open area, Solo Iconic Visions, a 4-player Alert, two new Duos, and Weapon Mastery abilities. The DLC pack will be available for download on the PC.

"Players are going to feel more badass in combat with Weapon Mastery. It will allow them to become proficient with multiple weapon types, much like the iconic characters in the DC Comics, such as Wonder Woman, who uses swords but is also a punching brawler. Hello DCUO!

We have been reading quite a bit of feedback and suggestions on the structure of DLCs, and considering the best ways to structure DLCs going forward so that every DLC is desirable to all kinds of players. I’d like to share with you our current thinking and plans in regard to content.

Group Size

I wanted to take a moment to share with you the updated visuals on the way for Sorcery's Fury and Guardian pets. With Game Update 34, the pets themselves are changing, and we knew the art had to reflect that. From the Art side of the things, the visual goal was a fun challenge. We wanted to give you two very different body type extremes and incorporate compelling Sorcery elements into and embedded within the characters.

For those of you who haven’t been following this new addition to the game, Feat Unlocking is a system that will allow you to use Replay Badges to unlock feats you have already earned on your other characters.
