Control ~ Polymorphs the target into Ghost Form for 8 seconds, effectively neutralising it. ~ If you are in controller role, the Ghost Form will have an aura which stuns and polymorphs adjacent targets into Ghosts. ~ Due to the infectous properties of the Ghost form, combining Horrific Visage with panic will mean the Ghost will run around polymorphing everything around it. ~ Anything polymorphed by Horrific Visage will be temporarily immune to continuous polymorphing into Ghost Form once the polymorh ends. ~ Mental is the only controller powerset with the polymorph crowd control effect.

Notes ~ Area of Effect Damage ~ Deals medium damage to all targets within the area of effect (20-27 damage). ~ On Terrified enemies, Phantom Flames will instead deal (28-31 damage). ~ Inflicts Burning which deals 11 ticks of very low damage over time (1-2 damage per tick). This brings the total possible damage from Burning up to 11-22 damage. ~ The total possible damage from Phantom Flames is 31-49 damage on normal targets and 39-53 damage onTerrified targets. ~ The Burning damage from Phantom Flames does not stack with the Burning damage from Pyrokinesis. Control ~ Will stun the targets for 12 seconds as the try to extinguish the Flames. ~ In controller role, the last two ticks of Damage Over Time will be based on the target's modified defense. ~ Phantom Flames is the only debuff in the game that will debuff multiple targets. ~ In PvE content, your Dominance must be higher than your target's Willpower to stun with Phantom Flames.

Notes ~ Direct Damage Damage ~ Terrorize deals two ticks of damage to it's target, one for low damage and one for high damage. The first hit deals 10-14 damage; The second hit deals 35-49 damage. This brings the total posible base damage from Terrorize to 45-63 damage. ~ On enemies below 35% Health, Terrorize will deal 20-29 damage on it's first hit and 77-100 damage on it's second hit. This brings the total possible damage from Terrorize up to 97-129 damage on enemies below 35% Health. ~ The damage from Terrorize is exactly the same as the damage from Impaling Thorns (Nature). ~ Can be used to set up a power interaction for extra damage with Menace or Psychic Shock or Phantom Flames. Control ~ In controller role, Terrorize causes a 7% reduction in the target's Damage for 15 seconds. ~ The Terror caused by Terrorize will stun it's target for 2 seconds until it is overridden by the Panic ~ Terrorize will Panic the target for 12 seconds. ~ In PvE content, your Dominance must be higher than your target's Willpower to stun and panic with Terrorize.

| Power Interactions
Masters of the Mental powerset love nothing more than to see their opponents helpless and paralysed with fear. Using their mind control techniques, a Mentalist will try to make his target helpless, preventing them from moving, and follow through with a power that interacts with helpess foes. Victims of the Mentalist will either take massive damage or explode, causing more damage to themselves, and their allies around them. Helpless enemies include enemies which are levitated, knocked back, knocked down, juggled, rooted, or stunned. Also, superpowers that interact with helpless foes also interact with dazed foes! This means that if your target is immune to control effects, you can still take advantage of him being dazed. A disoriented mind is easily manipulated. Unique to Mentalists is the ability to inflict terror on their foes. A target that is stricken with terror will be stunned in place, and therefore be prey to power interactions against helpess opponents, and will also be vulnerable to power interactions against terrored opponents - leaving him doubly vulnerable! Finally, weilders of the Mental arts can act as a support for their allys by setting up their comrade's own power interactions. While Mentalists may not be able to interact with Burning or Electrified opponents directly, they can set it up so other players can use their power interactions thereby reducing the power expenditure of their team mates. | Damage Bonuses The main reason a Damager casts powers (apart from doing damage of course) is the increase to damage granted by each power. This ranges from 35% to a massive 60%!! Damage bonuses last until a player's hit counter resets or five seconds. Whichever one is longer. | Forms
Invisibility~ Renders you Stealthed and invisible, which lasts until you are spotted, by an enemy, take damage or until you use any attack that does not retain stealth (including weapon attacks). ~ In Invisibility form, you will evade incoming attacks (you gain 50 Dodge and 50 Evasion, which also lasts 2 seconds after you exit Invisibility form). ~ In Invisibility form, you will have an increased chance of dealing a critical hit with an attack (you gain 60% Ability Attack Chance and 60% Weapon Attack Chance, which also lasts for any attack done within .5 seconds after you exit Invisibility form). ~ You will no longer be able to gain damage modifiers from being in Damage Role while in Invisibility form. However, the almost guaranteed critical hit that Invisibility gives you will more than make up for this. ~ You cannot enter movement mode while in Invisibility form. ~ The cooldown for Invisibility begins when Invisibility is cast which means if you wait 30 seconds before exiting Invisibility you will ba able to immediately cast Invisibility again. ~ Your loadout for Invisibility form is fully customisable. This means you can effectively have two seperate loadouts when you use Invisibility. Many players will use Invisibility to put their less-used powers that ae more situational, such as Supercharges. You also gain the following unique superpowers for use in Invisibility form: ~ Return to Normal : Return to normal form. ~ Ambush (Sleep) : Damages and puts your target to sleep. Deals medium damage to one target at melee range. (20-25 damage). Ambush (Sleep) stuns the target for 15 seconds by putting it to sleep. In PvE content, your Dominance must be higher than your target's Willpower to stun with Ambush (Sleep). ~ Ambush (Pain Blast) : Inflicts Psychic Damage and knocks down a nearby enemy. In PvE content, your Dominance must be higher than your target's Willpower to knock down with Ambush (Pain Blast).
